What is the our return policy?
Uh oh! We do not encourage returns due to the nature of the product. Unless the following is true:
(1) Product has expired OR close to expiry
(2) Incorrect product shipped
(3) Missing product

Refund

When can I get my refund?
If you are eligible for a return then, for online payments (via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet), the refund amount will be credited to the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of return request confirmation.
